Necar Zadegan is an German actress who was born on July 20, 1982 in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She has German citizenship and later acquired American citizenship. Necar gained fame for her acting after she won the part of the The First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 TV action-movie. Necar also works as an experienced model.
